Stay Savannah Airport

My daughter booked a room for me as I was driving from Va to Florida and I needed to rest. This location is in Savannah, Ga and I was greeted by Charity at the desk who treated me as a VIP client. I had a room on the 2 nd floor and was so surprised as I opened the door to a very clean room with kitchenette that had a very Comfortable bed and pillows in White. The next morning I went down to check out and met Ms. Theresa Reese/Fisher the General Manager and wanted to thank Stabridge Suites for my excellent treatment and to thank them for a clean room. I would recommend this place to stay as clean inside as well as the grounds maintained.

Room was clean and spacious. Front desk Brooke was very accommodating and patient. She is the standard for GREAT customer service. Jonathan was also very helpful. Only had 1 issue while there and it is being handled. The outdoor pool was a bonus. Enjoyed our weekend stay.

I frequently stay at this hotel. The staff at this hotel are very friendly, and kind. I recently had an exceptional check In experience with the front desk agent Daniel. He’s so super sweet. Thanks for the amazing hospitality. Keep up the great work.

Price for king suite with no reservations during covid was $114, I'm not really sure why it was that high but I just paid it to see how my stay would be. I was really hesitant to stay at this inn & suite after strolling through all the bad reviews but overall not a bad place to stay. Front desk was nice, even after I interrupted her lunch. Breakfast is being served in the morning.There are cameras on every floor level for your safety. Room was clean and it smelled nice, like lilac and vanilla. Ice maker and air conditioning works. Convenient location. Perfect distance from highway. They do have a gym and outside pool. Only 3 complaints or areas for improvement. Some wash clothes had old stains, toilet ran all night long (tried jiggling handle), bed skirt had old oil stain on it. Overall it was a good night's sleep.

My family and I originally planned to leave Savannah, Georgia after a quick trip for a Marine graduation however, our flight was cancelled and we were left with no options for a hotel. We searched for endless hours and found nothing. I called over 50 hotels and all said the same “no availability”. It was 2 am and our flight wasn’t until 6 PM the next day. My family and I were absolutely devastated and desperate for a safe space to lay our heads for the night. We walked into the Staybridge and met Austin. I like to call him our Angel… some may say he was the knight in shinning armor because he truly swept in and saved us. We started our conversation as we did in each hotel, do you have any availability? He took the time to ask what was wrong, was deeply apologetic, offered us drinks and/or snacks and tried his very best to accommodate us. He even helped us to search from a room at any nearby hotel. He was so understanding and genuinely cared. No other hotel staff even took the time to say they were sorry but Austin showed such wonderful customer service skills. He was understanding and so helpful. By the end of it all, at 4 AM we finally had a safe space to stay and get some rest before the next day. I give this hotel this rating because of Austin. Because it’s staff like this that make the difference! I don’t know what we would have done without him. I hope if anyone has the opportunity to stay at this hotel, that you have an encounter with Austin so that you can experience his kindness firsthand.

This hotel was fantastic! My husband and I came to visit for three days so we had their awesome breakfast each morning which didn't cost us a dime . The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. This will be our hotel when we come back to visit in March 2019.

Hotel was clean and the front desk attendant, Jonathan, was excellent! Wish we knew about not having room service everyday because the room is a little on the small side for two people, and we had to keep dumping our trash outside. Stove doesn't have an oven, either. Otherwise, great place to stay for a bit at a great price.

I would rather give 5 stars but due to the construction, (had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs while elevator was down) noise, neighbors smoking weed, I have to go with 4. Although my husband and I were there celebrating our anniversary, we did cut our visit short and thankfully there was no problem with that. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities... Except when I needed extra towels the desk clerk said they were not available and to check back. I would have rather been warned about the construction prior to arrival, but that would deter guests. Would welcome an opportunity to go back after construction is completed.
